Introduction

The world has been steadily and quickly changing. Everyday news pours across all forms of media that should scare most breathing individuals to take some action, no matter how small. Here is my own small action.
I want to share my own thoughts about a myriad of things. I welcome your exchange of ideas on any of these thoughts, and encourage you, like I am trying, to take your own small step into action.
One thing we should all be doing is staying informed, and not by the sanctioned information machines, but by what real people are seeing, thinking and saying. Read about our world, locally and universally. Read for fun. Read to escape. There are so many things available that we should all spend some time not being told what to think, but by doing it on our own. Fiction, newspaper, blog, nationally syndicated or independent - it is all worth your time.
